pay for new grads?

banks and financial institutions have been the favourite among new grads(bachelors) cos of the starting pay they allegedly offer. usually private bankers and fund manager positions are given to top 5% of each batch though. for mere mortals like meself, where is the highest monthly income with possible commissions, in the financial or any industry for that matter? btw, what on earth does a biz development manager do and earn? sounds ridiculous if u ask me.

Sorry, the highest incomes are reserved for those who know a little English and can write it.

Those who can't inevitably struggle and have to settle for what they can get.

Have you tried McDonalds?
