Does anyone know where I can get a loan from? Our Credit rating is poor to say the least, and we live in rented accommodation.

If you believe their ads, the Ocean Finance will lend to just about anyone.
From their ads, they only appear to lend to mingers!
Are they the people who lend to people with spiralling debt, who consolidate all their debts into "one easy monthly payment, whilst GIVING YOU EXTRA CASH TO SPEND" ?
I can imagine it now, an Ocean Finance customer on their deathbed and the OF rep pleading with the doctors to keep them alive because they've still got 20 years left on their loan
It might be better to ask how you can manage without a loan. With a poor credit rating you will be stung by high interest rates, large repayments and a long repayment period. A pawnbroker or similar, for example, will lend money on the security of anything valuable but they will charge something like 25% interest per week (an eight figure apr).
