Approx 2 weeks ago when green and diesel were at 1.16, the media start telling us it will be 1.20 in April.
So what do the Total and Shell garages on my work run do 3 or 4 days following that outburst, but bump the price up to 1.19.5p and its held at that price for over a week now. So I believe they did it for the hell of it and not for raw material costs.
Bunch of f'in crooks they are...almost on a par with MP's.
And the media should keep their f'in mouths shut.

The Brent Crude oil price was around $71 a barrel during the first week of February. Last week it was more like $79 a barrel. Had you considered that the petrol price increases you've noticed might be something to do with oil prices creeping up recently?
other garages have not increased their costs but these 2.
The total tonight was at 1.22 for both fuels.
