You can find out from the land registry.

Also it is publicly available free of charge on upmystreet.com (both obviously only after the sale has gone through - and the latter probably subject to a little delay).

It will take a couple of months to get on those sites. They buy a monthly list from land registry and load it on there.

The land registry should have it pretty soon, and it costs £3 to get the details. You can see for free when the entry for that property was last updated, so you won't waste have to waste your money getting an old entry.

Seems its all location location location ..... plus price.

Now we have to buy and aren't finding it easy, definitely not a buyers marker in the Reading area.

The only reason there are no sellers in Reading is that people cannot leave.

Why move to Reading?

It has some great car parks - M4, A33, A329M etc.

The main Park and Ride is a washout - you have to arrive early to get a safe berth.

etc

It does have a Premiership Football Club. Thats it.

Anyway, the best of luck with your househunting
