I take it you can only use Online Banking if you have a RBS BANK account?

So if I just recieved my card today do do i gotta do to cancel it?

Pretty rubbish isn't it. Morgan Stanley's online banking is top notch in comparison.
I am with Natwest, think i can make it work on there?
I also got a Virgin Card which has a decent online section - as does MS as you say (dont have to go throo loads fo security stuff with these 2)
Barclaydcard has heavy security but its very good to use.
hat ya say when u cancel a card? only had it a day!
