Re: Discretionary trust - time limit to appoint new trustee?

I wonder if someone woul dcare to advise me on this.

Thanks Stephen,

the investments are pretty static and don't need much looking after. Your point about dying is a good one. Also the trusees will need to submit tax returns before 9/2004 and I'm not sure if just one of me can do that.
