I assume also that you have another account with Nationwide?

Nope . Got an Abbey and 2 Halifax accounts .

I did have an Nationwide a/c years ago but got in to a bit of bother with it and they closed it and I paid the overdraft off afterwards over a period so make of that what you will !!!

Yes mate, that might be simple for you then, I dont have any account in the UK, so its a lot more difficult than you imagine, especially not being a teeny bopper seems to give me more prejudice against me

I thought UK banks had to offer folks basic bank accounts nowadays ?
