Real-Time stock data for Brussels (and Amsterdam..)

Hello,

I made a software to detect blow up of any stocks. But all the sites (that I read with my software) for Belgian market are not in real-time. Is there any free sites for real-time stock data for Brussels ?

Same thing for US (NYSE, NASDAQ) : Google Finance is not in real-time for lists of stocks. (from

I very much doubt it. I have a feeling that it is legal requirement that they mustn't be.
