For some reason, I cannot get Quicken 2005 Premier to downoad any stock prices for 06/29/06 (Thursday) and 06/30/06 (Friday). I've repeatedly gone through "Download Historical Prices" for all the time periods allowed (as well as the standard "Update" and "Download Quotes" processes). Nothing comes through for those dates. All other dates are fine. Normally, I'd just ignore this. But, 06/30/06 is the last day of the month and, thus, none of my brokerage statement market balance match Quicken's balances. I've checked various places online, and the markets were open on those dates. Even Quicken.com lists correct historical prices for those dates. Anyone know of any way to get Quicken to download the data. I really don't want to manually edit every stock's historical price list.

I have the exact same problem. I cannot reconcile any of my month end statements. Wish I had a solution for both of us. If you find out how please please advise.

I just now checked the price history for 4 of my stock holdings: MS & WFC (obviously, large caps) and DUCK & WLFC (nano-caps, that sometimes don't trade on a particular day).
I didn't check the other 17 positions, but these should be a reasonably representative sample.
All 4 had complete data (date, price, high, low, volume) for the dates in question.
I'm using H&B 2005.
