Running Quicken 2007 Deluxe Release R 5
How do I stop the downloading of historical prices every time I download quotes? No matter which "Download Quotes" option I select in Q it automatically downloads alllll the historical quotes for the Securities I have selected for current quotes resulting in quotes for every day of the month plus weekly quotes for the past months for all the securities.
I have literally been through all the program windows, preferences, help menus, and Quicken Online Knowledge Base to no avail. Have also search the messages in this newsgroup. Found back in 1/2007 someone else asked this question in this newsgroup and got no answers.
