After hearing about the latest email scam, I've finally grown sick of the patronising pleas from the target companies and fired of the following to Alliance & Leicester, who, I believe refund those stupid enough to have succumbed -
"If customers give out their customer ID and passnumber as a result of a fraudulent email, have they broken the terms & conditions of their account ?
Do you reimburse customers for all resulting unauthorised transactions ?
Do you reward customers that have not given out their customer ID & passnumber ?"
