stocks (=cash) ISA investment idea

Jan 31, 2008 0 Replies

Hi.

I have more than enough of my limited funds in stocks. I would like to do all 7K ISA in cash, but legally can't. So I do the 3K mini cash ISA, then this idea below for a 4K stocks ISA.

Any thoughts on the KeyData Secure Income Plan 14 ? See

formatting link
It counts as a stocks ISA, it pays 7.5% like cash. They invest in US life insurance policies, buying them at a discount from folks over 75 and collecting when they die.

They say they are hedged against currency exchange rate issues. The name is "secure", but the small print says you may not get all your money back.

Any other stocks ISAs that behave like a cash ISA ???

Thanks.

Tim
