I object to that. I most certainly do *not* lump all benefit claimants together. My only argument is against people on long term unemployment benefit who make no attempt whatsoever to make themselves more employable. In other words, those who choose benefits as a lifestyle choice over gainful employment.

I suppose it depends upon the type of training does it not? Does studying to become computer literate, for example, count as 'training'?
