When will UK fixed rate mortgages move to reflect the base rate.

I am wondering whether to re-mortgage(onto fixed rate) now. Should I wait till after the 7th and see if providers change their fixed rate deals in accordance with any revision that happens. Many did not when BOE droped it last time. Is it 'allowed' that they fail to do this for only these products? Thanks, MOC

Okay but how likely do the market watchers here think it'll be till they do drop on fixed rate as well?

Fixed rates do not reflect the base rate.
