Need info on Libra "Signature" accounting software

Thanks for reading this.

I have a client who is using the DOS-based version of Libra "Signature" accounting software. Please provide any information you can about the current status of the software:

Is it still maintained? By whom?
Are updates available?
Is there an upgrade path to other accounting software suitable for the construction industry?

I did. They're not. My customer still needs to know, so if anyone out there is getting support for this product, please tell me who you're using.
