Using MAS 200 on a dedicated W2K box. I have multiple clients connecting via a Citrix server (Metaframe XP) and for whatever reason (user error, etc.) the Paperless Printer (EASY Solutions PDF converter) periodically is deleted. This is a PAIN as you have to log back into MAS and reinstall through the Utilities menu. When I go to the security tab on the printer I get the simple message of "Unable to display security information". Any ideas on how to lock down the security would be greatly appreciated.
