started a new bookkeeping job, and it's a little harder than I thought it'd be

I started bookkeeping for a small CPA firm that does bookeeping for clients, and I have another bookkeeper training me. However, it's more slightly more difficult than I expected (making lots of mistakes, forgetting steps, etc., although I get the basic concepts and everything does seem to become more crystalized in my mind each day...only been 3 days though), but I can tell if I give it some time and practice with their software (Creative Solutions) and own office system things will start to go more smoothly. So, really it's just me getting used to the software and familiarizing myself better with payroll tax issues, e.g., form 941, etc. Have any of you ever used or trained people with Creative Solutions? How long on avarage did it take your new trainees to stop making errors or forgetting steps? Heh, it's kind of embarassing forgetting steps or procedures, although when I do a bank reconciliation that helps bring out my typos (or accdientally entering debit instead of credit) of course.
