Overview: Perform General Ledger Accounting, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, closing, statements, analysis and schedules. Prepare financial statements, reports, financial analysis, forecasts and models. Assist/Manage financial and tax audits and ensure GAAP and tax compliance. Maintain accounting system integrity and strong internal controls. Assist with financial reporting for wholly own subsidiaries, minority interests and oversee intra-company and inter-company accounting and consolidation. Manage the accounting for capitalized projects. Assist with budget preparation and analysis. Perform various analyses and ad hoc projects. Assist in the development and application of processes and procedures to facilitate and control the recognition of revenue from services performed by the Division for its customers.
