Requirements for Peachtree Multiuser - Is XP Home SP2 good enough?

I am helping a small company, three computers, upgrade to a networked solution.

I am assuming the Windows XP Home Edition (SP2) is sufficient for running PeachTree in a Multiuser environment.

How does this community feel about that? Is there any reason to upgrade the computers to the "Professional" verison of XP?

Your thoughts would be appreicated. Please indicate any specific problems there would be with just using the home version. It is a small company in a business with small margins, so I need to be careful to not stick them with unecessary expenses.

If the you will have a least one Windows server on the network operating as a D.C. (Domain Controller) you will need to have XP Pro on all client computers.

See

for details on the features in XP Pro that you can't get in XP Home.
