We are using RMS Account Intergration with Dynamics GP. Is it necessary to set up GL accounts mapping also in Store Operations when working with RMS Headquarters.

No, but you do set up accounts in HQ PER STORE. The integration between RMS & GP is done at the HQ level...
I would LOVE to read an unbiased review of THAT integration.

I second that! I have a client who is being told that RMS distribution operates just as good as Dynamics GP distribution and that we should have used RMS for distribution and not GP. (Specifically GP Purchase Order Processing with Invoice Match and Inventory.)
