I did a post for this back in November but no one has replied with a solution, so i am posting this again so it is not forgotten or if someone new might see and help. i am running RMS 2.0 on XP SP3.

I did a post for this back in November but no one has replied with a solution, so i am posting this again so it is not forgotten or if someone new might see and help. i am running RMS 2.0 on XP SP3.
Quickest and fastest way to resolve would be to uninstall and reinstall RMS.
Losts of things will result in an Active X error, like uninstalling some printers, etc.
or a repair from within add/remove programs.
