Adding another column to the POS Screen of RMS.

Does anyone know of a Program or a programmer for RMS that can put another column in the Pos screen of Rms 2.0 where I can have another price showing up on the screen. For ex. the MSRP is not used anywhere in RMS that I know of, but is in the item properties screen. My idea is if I can show the MSRP at the check out and one other Column for another price that needs to be custom built and added on the total correctly then it would make my bussiness run a little easier. Thanks for your time.

Steve, We like to think we are on the cutting edge of pushing RMS up to and past it's limits for customization. That being said we have never been able to come up with a way to make this happen.

Hi Steven, look, this is not possible, in the actual version f RMS. What you can do maybe is program the HTML Status page on the top part of the POS Screen, to show the same information, per line added to the Transaction, but with the MSRP value also... I remember I have done this few years ago, it was a little bit more complicated then what U R looking for, remember that I needed a hook for Item add and a additional table to the database...

OK, it's not easy to do it, but it's not too dificult also, and hey, it's an idea...
