Is there a way to fully customize reports, or just the logo. Also, what is the maximum size that my logo can be in RMS. Further, is there a way to print and/or e-mail and invoice for a customer. Thanks in advance!

I'm sure you won't find this information on the msnews server, as MS purges messages about every 90 days, but both of you questions have been answered in depth many times over the years. Head over to Google Groups and search this news group (microsoft.public.pos) - they have years worth of history. Sometimes I go there to referr back to my own posts:)
