IS there a tool within RMS that allows me to add aliases to a large number of items from the same supplier. I am adding 200 new items from a supplier, how do I add the 200 aliases (UPC's in this case) to my database, without having to double click each item and add them "manually". I suspect the advanced user may go into sql directly, though I am not that guy. Looking for a tool or wizard. Any help would be appreciated. Ed

Add aliases to new or existing items? Either way, it's pretty painless with SQL, and pretty much impossible without it. There is a data import utility that you can request form MS Tech support, but I don't think it addresses Aliases. You should contact your reseller for help with this.
