I 'am back and running. I just have one more question - I had made several custom label design can I copy does from my system backup or where would they be located.

If you did a standard installation to c drive:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\Labels

Otherwise in your install directory under \Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\Labels
