Robert, In answer to both of your posts, we have a solution called RITE Label that allows additional fields to be included in a label format. Sale Dates are among those fields. If you are interested in learning more, please contact us at 1-888-267-RITE or drop us an email at snipped-for-privacy@rite.us.

Robert, RITE Label does "pull" this and other information for printing labels very well. However I wonder which version of RMS you are running? I am using 2.0 and there is an Alignment issue with the label I designed and RITE label. This could very possiblity be just within my system and/or the label itself. I have tried multiple labels created with just the description line from RMS and the Alignment has always been off between labels printed from RMS vs. those printed from RITE label. The Alignment issue causes the secondary labels to print past the margins I have on my labels so they become unuseable for my store. Again, this could be within my store/system only and may work fine for you. I use several programs from RITE and they are outstanding programs. Also, they are aware of my problem and are in the process of correcting it. I understand it has something to do with .net format I think and would be corrected automatically with the release of RMS 3.0. One solution I thought of would be to create the label in RITE label so that doesn't happen. I can't use this option myself in my situtaion but it may work for you. If you would like more detail on this please email me.
