Make sure that HQ Client is running on one of the computers, and that each of the terminals is configured to use it (SO Administrator)
Hi all, when I try to get item quantity for each stores defined, I get an error "Could not contact HQ".
Yes, I obviously checket that HQ Client is running on each store defined, and also checked that HQ Comunication server is up and running, but check store fails again, any other ideas?

Andrea,
Has this ever worked? If so, look for firewall issues.
Can you ping the HQ server from the client machine?
Have you setup the ports to talk to HQ? HQ client | HQ Server tab set it to
34200 | HQ Client tab set it to 34202. They must be different. Can you connect to the HQ server from within the client? HQ client | Database tab | test database

It has never worked
yes I do, (worksheet flow is ok)
yes HQ Server listen on TCP port 34200, HQ Client listen on port 34202
yes I do
Have I to open HQ Client port (default 34202) for inbound connection from HQ Server?
Andrea,
Yes, I would try opening the 34202 port. Also make sure that if you have any software firewalls, that they allow the programs to access each other too.
Is everything else working? Worksheets transmitting and received?
You only have one machine running HQ Client, correct?
In SO Admin | HQ client tab | do you have an IP address or a name of the computer acting as the client machine and make sure that you have 34202 for the port. If name, try the IP address of the client machine.
