Checking Inventories

When we try to check the inventories of our other stores for our warehouse it says it cannot connect to HQ. Anyone know why it does that and how we can fix it?

If you are running multiple lanes, you would get this error if the check store was performed on a lane not running the HQ Client. Also - check the HQ Server connection in SO Admin.
