I have a sales rep that is not being paid all of his commissions. He will receive commissions on portions of a sale but not on every item. We have checked to make sure all of the items are allowing commissions - they are. It is only this single rep that has issues, all others work fine!

Back check the transactions and make sure that each LINE ITEM on the transactions have the sales rep selected. He may be setting the sales rep on the first line and thinking that will carry forward for the entire transaction.

My client had 0.01% for that sales rep, instead of 1.0%. So it was not paying commissions on anything that was less than $100.00. Thanks for you help!
