Creat customers at branch level

I was wondering if its possible to create custoemers at Store OPs level and then be able to run some sort of worksheet to send them to the headoffice database? I would like staff in other branches to be able to create accounts etc!

All Customer Records are sent to HQ - no Worksheet is required. If the Store marks a customer as Global (on the Options Tab of Customer Properties), they will also flow from HQ to all of the other stores. You can also set an option in SO MAnager to default all new customers to Global.
