We can't add new customers at POS, SO or HQ Manager
We just installed HQ and a new store SO/ POS. Our Partner Setup Security to restrict the edit of existing customers. It seems the security settings are also preventing us from adding new customer accounts at Store level
What can be done to set this up correctly?

Go to SO Manager > File > Configuration then click on the Options Tab expand the Customer Options and make sure that Allow new customers at POS is selected.
Second also make sure that you haven't given any security to restrict creation of new customer at POS.

The SO File| Configuration | Customer is set to allow new customers
My question is, how do you set security to allow the saving of a new customer file but not to allow the change and or saving of an (User Edited) existing customer file in POS or SO ?
Our RMS Partner called and set the security settings. We can add new customers now
