Naci,
In order to create a voucher with a value you must run it through the POS station. There is a way to create a voucher with a value with out taking money.
If you would like some more detail give me a call.

You can do this by selling a voucher for the specified amount you want then sell another voucher using a serial number you will never use for a negative amount. This will activate the card you want to presell or donate for the desired amount.
Thank-You, I don't know why I never thought of doing it that way. That is pretty much how I sell them for returns, except I have a product involved.
If anyone has any other ways to do it, I would be interested in comparing, but as for now, I am going to use this method.

Naci,
If you sell a voucher with a negative price or return a voucher then you will have to keep up with these serial numbers to make sure you won't have a conflict plus could affect your reporting. The same thing can be done with a non-inventory item that is called a voucher give away or something.
So create a non-inventory item called whatever you like (voucher give away). Use this item with the negative dollar amount when you sell the voucher that you want to give away. I would also put this item in its own department so it is easy to negate it from any sales reporting.
