I have a issue where for some reason a couple of customers at HQ level have the same HQID in database.
Would appreciate if someone would be able to advise me about a fix for this. Is this a known issue or could have it been a one off?

I don't think the HQID field matters in the HQ database. You should be concerned if the HQID is the same in the Store Ops database.
Please someone correct me if I am wrong.

What I found was that HQID at HQ level was created based on the ID of entry in the table...
Therefore having 2 same HQIDs is like have 2 same IDs in table entry and thus when calling entry one entry 2 is retrived.
