Cybermatrix Pro Schedule

I recently installed an appointment scheduling program called Cyber matrix Pro Schedule. It uses ODBC database engine. I was wondering if anyone would be able to write an add-in linking RMS to this program. I would like to be able to at least be able to use my customer list from RMS and ideally be able to convert the appointments into a work order. Craig

Good afternoon Craig,

This add-in is something my company is interested in helping you with. If you could contact me at snipped-for-privacy@tnkgroup.com, I would really like to discuss specifics with you and see if we can come up with some kind of arrangement.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Akber, Free is good! But seriously, I would be interested in having an add-in that would work with Cybermatrix Pro Schedule, but my funds are limited so if this would cost a lot I wouldn't want to waste your time. Basically what I would like is to be able to populate the client information in Pro schedule with my customers in RMS. It would also be nice to be able to create an invoice in Pro Schedule and be able to recall it as a work order in RMS. If this is possible let me know. Thanks for your time, Craig

Does CyberMatrix have an import function? If so, you may be able to export a report from RMS and use that as an import source. In teh reports library on CustomerSource there are a couple of modified reprorts that include extra Customer Info such as Address or Email. These are intended to produce mailing lists for sales campaigns, but could also serve as a source for a customer load. Just click the Export button on the Report toolbar and Select File as teh destination and Comma Separated as the format.

The other functions you are after are certainly possible through an Add-in, but I would expect it to cost several thousan dollars in custom development time.

You might take a look at Retail Realm's import tool for RMS - it allows transactions to be imported from other systems - not sure if you could get a work order though...
