deleting an item from matrix

This is a weird one - it seems to work sometimes, but not consistently. There was a hotfix that was supposed to fix it back in V1.2, but it was still not consistent. As far as I know, the only way to fix this is to either edit the Matrix at the store level or to use a 51 worksheet to send SQL to update the ItemClassComponent table.

There's probably a KB posting for it in CustomerSource - I haven't looked for over a year...

MSFT: This is really functionality that the HQ program should be able to handle without any problems.
