v1.3 If I go into the ITEMCLASS table and delete all the rows, will this eliminate all matrix items, so the children of the matrix will be stand-alone items now?
Is there any other repercussions from doing this?

Also delete MatrixAttributeDisplayorder and ItemClassComponent. I have done this many times without repercussions.
Thanks. I have no MATRIXATTRIBUTEDISPLAYORDER table. I am in v1.3 does that matter?
