Design/Print Lables to Dymo LabelWriter

Hello! I am trying to setup a Dymo LabelWriter to print barcode labels from RMS 2.0. The printer is setup and works normally in other programs, however in RMS it is printing vertically cutting off most of the data. I created the label in label designer (my first time using it, so I'm sure I did something wrong), the following is how my label is setup:

Label Height: 1 in Label Width: 2.5 in Rows: 1 Cols: 1 Orientation: Portrait (I tried this with landscape with changing the printers default orientation between the two, and had the same results) Row Margin: 0 Col Margin: 0 Top Margin: 0.25 Left Margin: 0.2

The only fields that print are Price and part of a caption of the store name, description, the barcode, and item lookup all get completely chopped off.

If anyone has experience with using the dymo printers to print lables, any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you!!

Julie

I have a Dymo Twin Turbo to print some of my RMS labels without a problem. In label designer change the orientation to Landscape and it should work.
