Unfortunately, I believe each label template is tied to a record. Thus one item picture per record. However, you could work your way around this by slicing the 8.5x11 into 10 labels of .85 x 1.1 inch or so, and then just choose 10 items to print out, filling out your sheet. It's not as clean as I think you'd like, but functional nonetheless.

You could even work it out so that your columns and a "blank" item allows you to space it out, and then print twice, to allow for store logo and information in the "center box" while your sale label items are columned around it.

Yep! Design a new label format with label designer and use the Item picture field on the label....
