Does anyone know if Windows Server 2008 will be compatible with Dynamics RMS
2.0, 1.3, 1.2, etc?

I wouldn't bet on it. You'll probably have to wait for RMS 3.0.

RMS 2.0 SP2 (published last weekend) readme file:
- RUNNING ON WINDOWS SERVER 2008 Running Microsoft Dynamics RMS in a Microsoft Windows Server 2008 environment is not supported.
