eBay and/or ProStores integration?

I have searched and searched but there doesn't seem to be anyone addressing a much needed solution for true eBay and/or ProStores integration. Are there any updates on anything currently out there or being developed?

Hi Craig, yes I saw your post earlier this year and was hoping it would be addressed by now. Given the curren economic situation, an eBay integration would be ideal for selling slow moving stock right from RMS's database.

There's one company in India (ART Sofware -

that showed potential with an eBay module for RMS however it's not really integrated with the RMS database but more with their web module which is integrated with RMS.

I'm very disappo> Trinidad,

Thank for the advice about Google Base. No I have not looked into that yet. Is there an add-on that will integrate with Google Base directly from RMS? I am already heavily invested with another 3rd party e-Commerce solution so I cannot switch to a new web provider.

Actually, the only ADD-ONS for X-cart take your RMS items and make them into eBay ads.

There is NO APPLICATION currently on this planet that will take your finished eBay auctions/sales and pull them into X-Cart.

I have searched and searched because I need an app that will pull in the FINISHED-PAID auctions into RMS either directly or using the Web cart software to pull them in like web orders. eBay is 30% of our sales. I need this badly.

Whatever...just need it done.

eBay opened up their API for developers so I cannot understand way there isn't something SOMEWHERE...besides having to subscribe to ZOOVEY or one of those services that take a percentage of your sales.

I can't imagine how it would be so difficult.

When an item is sold and the person pays on eBay...a PAID variable changes to true (this is automatic when they pay with paypal). Then, you just need the pull the person's name address item number, item price and shipping paid.

import that into a cart and then into RMS...done.

I do not think it is necessary to do a FULL integration where....when you fulfill the order it sends the SHIPPED variable back to eBay...we can do that manually.

We just want to get all the MANUALLY TYPED stuff into RMS...which is the buyer's name address etc.

We are desperate for this and will change carts in a heartbeat when we find an application that will do it.

P.S. The part that eBay changes all the time is the LISTING details....that is hard.

The add-on should be independent of whichever shopping cart you use. It should be an add-on that can import/list items from the RMS database to ebay/turbo-lister, then export the paid orders into RMS. The part that may be impossible or very difficult is using the RMS item lookup code as the unique ID for import/export just like for the regular shopping carts. If that could be done then the add-on could automatically check for any paid items say every 15 minutes and automatically deduct the item from the database so that it would not be sold in the store.

For the company that develops this, and offers it at a reasonable price, your sales probably increase ten-fold.

Akbar, we currently have an eBay integration with X-cart. After you create your auctions in eBay the winning auctions are then downloaded directly into your cart and from there they are downloaded into RMS. This is a one way integration for auction downloads and the two way integration will be in the development queue in the near future.

This is a good step in the right direction, however I cannot afford to throw-out my existing eCommerce/RMS integration & start from scratch, that's why I was hoping for an add-on that would just interface with eBay separately for downloading orders.

Akbar - to answer your question, I have been using this company for the past

3 years for my eCommerce integration:
