Epson TMT88IV call Cash Drawer Fail

I am using USB TMT88IV, i using the opos for call the cash drawer, even check the healthy also fail, anything i want to set up or i want to install for solving this problem thanks.

I had a similar problem this summer. After countless hours of testing, I found out that the printer itself was bad. I swapped printers and the cash drawer started working. You may want to try another printer to see if that works before spending more time on it. My printer is still in the shop and they say that the motherboard needs replacing.
