I ran my customer statements, which provide way too much info in my opinion, and found several accounts with finance charges on zero balances. I checked and none of the activity on the accounts were over 30 days old before payment was made so there shouldn't have been finance charges applied at all. Has anyone run into this before? What can I do to fix this, if anything?
