I am using the default receipt template from the cd. We are using an Add On called IVideo for video rentals. the return or due date of the rental is saved in the CTRL + F10 comment field. How can I get this field to print onto the receipt template?

If subscribed to the RMS Maintenance plan and have access to CustomerSource, download the Receipt - 40 Column with Item Comments from here;

Note, you must be using a Windows printer driver for this to work properly.
