If you are having any trouble with RMS, there is a partner that is great...I tried to fix everything on my own when I first purchased RMS, but it was such a headache, and when I met and signed up with Jeff at Checkpoint Software...over a year ago, any issues that I have had...and I've had my share, he has taken care of, no problem :) I'm defineatly not saying there aren't other great RMS partners out there...I know there are, I'm just sharing my expreience with Jeff at Checkpoint Software.
