Has anyone encountered a problem where, when you click to connect Headquarters client to the Hq server the activation window pops up. The software has been activated for over two or more years and now it is asking for activation.
Help needed urgently.
If your windows registration has to reactivate for any reason (hardware change etc.) your RMS will want to reregister as well. If it has been over two years, then it should activate online without any problems. Worst case will make you call the phone number and take 6 minuites.
