Hanging HQServer and HQ Client

some time These problems occur in Machines


1- Hanging application HQServer.exe in Machine server RMS


2- Check store option is hanging and HQ client is Hanging and not work



I hope you will help me find a solution to this problems

I don't know what causes it, but in my experience there are two kinds of HQ Client/Server connection problems.

  1. Sometimes HQ Client will get "stuck" and the status near the top of the HQ Client window will flash back & forth really quickly some message about "Checking Socket" or something. Exiting HQ Client seems to resolve the issue and HQ Server does not seem to be affected.

  1. A connection between HQ Server and HQ Client freezes both applications. Again, I don't know what causes it and the only apparent solution is to exit both applications. This scenario is very rare for me.
