Hi, has anyone ever had a problem where you try to transfer goods from your warehouse database and a message "unable to add item to worksheet" pops up.
Client using RMS ver 2.0 and HQ. All the items are in both databases as well as the stores.
Help with a resolution is urgent.......please anybody any advice.

Hi Jeff, that hotfix has been installed on the machine and the error still occurred.
