Can anyone help me find a patch or hotfix for sp3. I have a client who is using RMS v2.0 and sp3 and having coalition conflict errors when connecting to HQ. the store connects successfully to the server and then drops the connection and the coalition conflicts pops up. as it is they can not poll.
Please help is needed urgently.
