Good day, can anyone tell me if there are any hotfixes for rms v2.0 running on windows xp sp3.
I have customers using a dell 760 machine with sp3 and they seem to be having separate problems.
One is a polling issue, where hq is giving a coalition conflict and another one the pos is turning off whenever they start doing transaction abd giving a blue screen. I heed help urgently. If there is any hotfixes can i get a link to download them.
