Customer Source seems to list about eight hotfixes for RMS 2.0, that would bring the version up to 2.0.0114. Service Pack 1 seems to roll Hotfixes 1-4 into one package which I installed, bringing my version up to 2.0.0110. I cannot figure out how get the other hotfixes (5-8) however. I have tried to search the Knowledge Base for the KB numbers mentioned on:

but have not had any success in finding anything to download. Why list something people cant find or download, or why make it so hard to find the right thing to download (a hyperlink is provided to download the Service Pack)?!Any help with this is appreciated.
